SHIPPING POLICY

At A’G | Every piece is handled with intention and care. Our shipping process reflects our commitment to quality rather than speed.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package is in transit.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We currently offer one standard shipping option for all orders.
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days from the date your order is processed.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier conditions, and seasonal volume. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before purchase.
International Orders
International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase or shipping price.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, A’G is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at alfredo@deguerrero.co and we will assist to the best of our ability.
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
We take pride in the quality of our garments and hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
• Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at alfredo@deguerrero.co with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. For a different size or item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Customized or limited-release products
